Customer care is at the heart of what we do, and we understand that there may be instances where you wish to cancel your order with us. 

Cancelling your Order with us before your schedule Collection or Delivery date and time:

We completely understand that you might have a change in circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event (confirmation required). In such a scenario, you may wish to cancel your Order of our product before delivery. 

Cancellations with WOLFS Cake will need to be made to WOLFS Cake 14 Business Days (minimum 2 weeks) in advance of your schedule collection or delivery date and time, if applicable, or stated differently to Invoice Paid Amount.

If you cancel your order after the WOLFS Cake 14 Business Days (2 weeks) in advance of your scheduled collection or delivery date and time, unfortunately we would not refund any invoice paid amount, or refund any deposit amount. 

This is because we incur costs in the preparation (Construction) of your Order, as all of our Cakes and Goods are prepared freshly to order. This can also sometimes include procuring certain ingredients and decorative items.

Deposit:

Deposit’s are 90% of the total cost Invoice Paid Amount. Please note canceling an order should be in writing and sent to info@wolfscake.co.uk outlining the reasons for your cancellation. 

Deposit’s are none refundable. 

WOLFS Cake Cancelling Your Order:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your Order for any reason, we will notify you of this as soon as we become aware of this and we will refund to you the full cost of your Order. We will not be liable to you for any costs or damages beyond the amount that you have paid for your Order.

We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds to any of our items listed on our menu after it has left our store due to health and safety regulations. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to collect their cake on scheduled collection date and time. To ensure the quality and freshness of our cakes, we will dispose of any cakes not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled collection date and time. 

Cakes, cupcakes and other items listed on our menu that are not collected will not be refunded. 

In order to ensure that you enjoy your purchase in perfect condition, we have prepared the following information on how to carefully handle and transport, our delicate Cakes and other treats.

WOLFS Cake lovingly handcraft your Cake. Our cakes and other items we store are extremely fragile. 

Any of our items that have stored in either boxes or containers should be held upright, steady and level position to avoid decorations from falling off, your Cake or other treats, from toppling over. Please handle with care at all times as this will make the cakes or other treats tilt and slide.

Celebration cakes shouldn’t be stacked on top of each other items regardless of the size or weight of the item, to avoid decorations or Cake getting squashed or experience any form of damage.

Transportation by car, please place cake boxes onto a level, non-slip surface and try to avoid bumpy roads, or direct sunlight. Direct sunlight, heat sources or warmer temperature conditions can cause damage to your Cake or other items purchased from WOLFS Cakes. Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. 

 If you're not slicing into your cake straight away, we would advise you to store your cake in the fridge to remain fresh. When you're ready to slice your cake, remove the cake from the fridge and allow it to return to room temperature (this may take approximately 2-3 hours), depending on the temperature of the room.
